Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - *Only attend if you are from Frankfinn
*Must read if you guys don't want to waste your time.

I attended the Spicejet Airlines Ground Staff walk inn interview yesterday at Bhopal location on 27/08/2019 . They Took candidates only from frankfinn institute. Maybe HR are being paid extra by frankfinn to take their candidates only. Around 150 people were asked to leave just by taking group introduction. They made the group of 20 people and we were asked to tell our NAME, AGE, HEIGHT AND QUALIFICATION in 3 lines only.and without even listening to us he kept saying next next next. I didn't know what was going on there. Candidates from frankfinn who were not able to even give proper intro of themselves, He selected them. HR was taking only those candidates who said they were from Frankfinn. I'll never ever attend the interview of this cheap airline, and the cheap mentality of these poor HR staff is beyond imagination. This was highly unprofessional way to take the interviews and reject people by wasting their time. If Spicejet need candidates only from Frankfinn then they must mention only people from Frankfinn are allowed to give this interview.

If anyone from here felt the same kindly make people aware of this thing.
