Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I had 3.8 Years of experience when I joined T-Systems and still I was put in pool, meaning, support multiple accounts as a shared resource. This is worst case. People having 10+ years of experience also were in pool which was very unexpected. Moving on with the quality of work, not at all good. If you're assigned into a dedicated account/project, scenario might be different for you. But as a pool resource, it's no less than hell. Management is so poor that no matter whom you reach out to, nobody will take action.

Also, make sure you know to play the BLAME-GAME else surviving here would be a nightmare. You will feel like all the politicians exist here.

Favoritism works in this organization and none of the manager, HR or anybody will help you out. When you check with Manager, he/she will ask to reach out to HR. When you reach out to HR, he/she will send to back to Manager and this circle never ends. If you have contacts in T-Systems, you might be at a good place. Else, when interviewed, please ask these questions "Which project is being assigned to me?", "Will I be onboarded as a shared resource?", etc.

Also, please note, there is NO PROBATION PERIOD in this organization. So, take decision wisely. May be in future, the situation may change. But as of now, it's no good.
