Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Synechron has such rude, liar, pathetic recruiter HR. Recruiter asked me last day confirmation email from my organisation and said will shared the offer letter once she gets the confirmation email from me. But later she denied and shared the offer letter just one evening prior the joining date when I was relieved from my company already(some interview feedback also mentions that at last minute they also cancel the offer letter so a lot was at stake already but had to just keep faith in them). The designation mentioned in offer letter and initial email also didn't match, to which she said mail was a mistake but offer letter is correct, then candidate has no time to discuss or react as morning next day is joining. Though offer has validity of next 7 days but recruiter doesn't want you to think for 7 days clearly.(To which she responded she has her own policy) I finally declined the offer and called her to clarify that their process made me decline it but not any other offer. But instead she said that if you had no offer, no choice and were so helpless, you should have shown by joining it. So basically they make you resign from your previous organisation and once it's all done they want to make you their puppet as you have no else job. Beware of cheaters. Also a lot more lies were told but can't keep writing all of them here.
