Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - the interview took 2 days, i was informed that my technical interview was pretty good, i cleared around 80% interview, and the remaining 20% would be easy (my final round was supposedly to be with the CEO of the company). After I gave the interview(it was on Friday), i waited for the result, but was informed that i am "CULTURALLY UNFIT" for the job profile. after 2 weeks, I got call from the same consultancy stating they have opening for python + react JS and my interview was scheduled for Tuesday 10AM-3PM - offline/face-to-face mode-in their Gurugram ,Haryana office and i was informed about this a day before(i.e. Tuesday evening).
On Tuesday when i was on the way to their office(@11:10AM), I got informed that my interview's been shifted to online mode and it is @12:30PM, not after that as all the slots are busy, I waited till 12:10PM, I received no link for the interview, i asked the consultancy person for the same and was informed upon confirmation that the link has been shared with me(I still have not received the link) and will reach me in no time, I waited till 12:45PM and still got no link.
Later I was informed that no interview will be there on that day and have booked the interview slot for the next day @2PM(today, still received no link), again my interview got re-scheduled for the same day @7:30(Tuesday) and got cancellation message @6:15PM.

I don't think, for a company that works like this, mentally harasses job seekers in need, and has such TOXIC WORK CULTURE even during interview process, give reasons like "CULTURALLY UNFIT" for rejecting job seekers and rather be upfront.
