General Tips: Yours selection Will be easier if you having experience in corporate interior designing background. Bringing some of drawings or portfolio could help. But how they bargain for salary is such a cheap thing I ever seen. There is no HR manager. And boss definitely ask u to joint on same salary.

Experience: It was a one on one round , a comparison round. they were noticing that what kind of answers did we say at the time of competition and how do we handle situations
