Experience: They have conduct 4 type of tests..1.English 2.maths 3.vocational i.e aptitude 4.picking settings

General Tips: If u got shortlisted mail from kumon u need to go through about kumon institute and their method of teaching and so on internet....At interview they ask about some general questions only...And in tests no need to prepare they give only school level papers like addition ,sub, multiplication,divion only for english comprehension

Stay confident for your words. Not every word spoken or expressed is wrong. Its you who has to prove it right.
Dress up well : as per your physique or figure size. Keep it sober and light as it reflects back you as an individual. Light clothing is a reflection of you being a calm person , straight forward and sorted one.
Do not practice of what to say or not.Practice about how to present yourself , focus on your communication and vocabulary plus your body postures.
