Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I recently interviewed for a QA position at SharepointEmpower Pvt. Ltd., and my experience was far from positive. The process started with a manual QA round where I was asked to write test cases and find bugs, followed by an automation round where I successfully automated a task. After clearing both technical rounds, I also passed the HR round.

However, after all that effort, the HR team never followed up with me. Instead, I received a message saying they are looking for candidates with Playwright automation experience. This was incredibly frustrating, as the job description never mentioned this specific skill requirement. It felt like a complete waste of time, as I was led to believe I was a strong candidate based on the rounds I had cleared.

If Playwright expertise was a critical requirement, it should have been clearly stated in the job posting. The lack of transparency and poor communication has left me with a negative impression of the company.
