Coming to troubleshooting type questions if you do not know any answer dont try to make things up just clearly say "i do not know about it but i am a good learner , if proper training is provided i will definitely give my best"

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - 1) As I am still pursuing my graduation , due to college timings I was a bit late than the scheduled time, I received a mail " You can log out now " But immediatly I kept a mail for the help line Then I waited for 30 min then I got connected for the interview call, so it may take time but be on website till you get the interview notification
2 ) the HR questioned me how I'll be dealing with things and managing time. So, be ready to answer any kind of questions might be situational based, project, resume based, etc what ever you answer there will be a question from it so think before you answer, so that you can explain the HR.
I had both Technical and HR round where the interviewers where very friendly. No need to be tensed If you know what you are answering you'll be able to handle it smoothly.
