Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Had a really bad experience with Schneider. The process started in the month of May 2022, went on until August, gave 4 rounds of interview (3 managerial rounds & one group Manager round). Was hoping to hear from them coz the interviews went quite well. But no calls from the HR team until sept 1 week, so finally I thought to give them a call n ask myself. The HR at first was unable to recognise me, which is strange, coz she was the one following up with me all these while. Anyway after I briefed her about the role for which I gave interview she said and I quote (YOU DENIED). I was like, what. You never gave me a call after the interview n all of a sudden you are saying that I denied the position. I asked her to check properly, she said she will check n get back yo me, obviously she didn't, i had to call multiple times, after 2 days of calling she finally picked up my call n said the position is closed. Now what will you say to this, I don't know what happened in background, whether she messed up or something else happened, but as a candidate who is giving interviews to your company since last 4 months, he/she deserves to know the feedback about their interview process, be it positive or negative.

Highly unprofessional behavior.
