Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The entire interview process is weird. I am pretty sure that they will have a major fallout if they do not fix it soon.
Starting with their LinkedIn handling- they post numerous job roles but eventually, when you apply, they end up giving you two options only - VA & Account manager. There is no way a recruiter can be contacted pertaining to this confusion

Even if you trust the process and get through the first 2 rounds, you will have people like Vicky - who are college dropouts, mostly been a customer service agent in his life but now handling hiring for people of 2+, 4+ even 8 or 10+ years of experience. Someone who has no knowledge of various domains and departments asks you questions which I am not even sure he understands the depth of. Like seriously, with him it is supposed to be the final round? You all got to fix this.

I am not saying all this because I lost the chance to get in but I would really not trust someone who uses "Did" with "second form you verb". Come on! Hire some experts!

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Don't attend interview for gomoder solution, they will waste your time and energy.
I've performed very well in two technical rounds includes client interview. HR told selected and no further rounds, be ready with all your documents. Later one week, they scheduled one casual interaction with client director and director dis not joined the call. It got rescheduled and director didn't joined again. HR told I already selected and no further director interaction is not need, but still they didn't responded positively and everytime they are mentioning some concern to prolong the process. Looks like they are doing ghost interviews, very pathetic interview process.
