Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - HR is not aware about the requirements of job profile. Also the interviewers take the person for granted. My technical interview was scheduled with 2 persons out of which 1 didn't came and no explanation was given for his absence.
Interviewer said they require someone from Automation background only but when I asked I had no experience in that and also my resume does not specify that thing, then why my profile was shortlisted and I was called for the interview, she had no answer for that. Interviewer didn't even looked at my resume before the interview, as it was shared with her from past 2 days. Terrible people working over there who consider them as kings/queens
