Is they call me either I cleared the interview or not cleared it, or they call only I cleared the interview?

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - All round was passed out atlast there HR person asked all documents and it was given and form was given to fill too. They told selected and offer letter will be given once signed by head person
and last 1 year iam following with them atlast they inform internally we have recurited some other person in the factory itself
