Experience: Company HR shortlisted resumes based on the job role and your academics
Tips: Even though company is in Pharmaceutical sector, the chances of getting shortlisted is equal for people from Pharma and Non- Pharma background

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: It was pool campus recruitment process. GD group members may be a mix of students from other colleges. This round was tough to crack. Everyone was trying to speak his own thought
Tips: Try to bring some difference
Duration: 15 minutes

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: Interviewer would listen your response seriously. They were more open to know you better, if you are suitable for the job role. Once you clear this round, then you have another round of stress interview
Tips: Be precise and polite and tell about all your experiences relevant to the questions asked

Round: Stress Interview
Experience: This was a stress interview round, where you may not get time to speak. You would be interrupted often and asked to convince them.  















It was stress interview, so I don't remember all questions :-(
Tips: Before going for this round, please be convinced yourself with JD. Also, have a thought how you are going to fit in the job role.

General Tips: Confidence is the key in such interviews. Also, you should be able to communicate even in adverse situation. keep calm. Try to relate what you have done in the past with job role
