Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Please consider before going for big brands. As I thought it is renowned name in India but my experience is very bad with reliance retail. I gave my interview in dec first week and it went very well. They told me I'm selected and onboarding process will take 8-10 days. I waited no response from them. Again I contacted them they asked me to wait a little more. This happened for almost more than a month. Their VP Gagan g connected with me in this period he assured me in beginning that things will be done I need to be patient and i need to talk with him nicely praise with and all for this job. Which turned very disturbing later when I confronted him with offer letter date. He just fumbled and they ignored me. I don't know big brands work like this or not but this was very very bad experience for me.
