Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Called for interview 2 rounds on the same day. HR doesn't reveal about the current state of the company which was out of business.
CTC not as per industry standards & below par.
Not given Offer Letter or disclosed about HR policies,probation, leaves etc.....

Interview attended for Executive position having work experience of 3+yrs.
During the interview, they offered Management Trainee - HR as Trainee gets salary on time....other positions salary paid 2 months behind.... Later I bargained for Executive position & they agreed but offered Trainee CTC.

Worst HR - AM who promoted form Sr. Executive - HR

They never commit or keep their promises.
