Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - My Interview went well honestly. And i have been told that i will be getting the feedback on Monday. The Coordinator called me on the same day regarding my Notice period CTC Expectations and all .I told her i can join in 10 days and my expectations was also only 40-50% hike. Which i justified it. They didn't gave me any feedback so i tried to call the HT for feedback and after multiple calls she mail me that they have closed the position. They have another Opening for some consultant role , if i am interested they can take again interview for that Role which i obviously rejected on their face.
My Question to them if you have closed the position why the hell you guys took my interview and wasted my time. Simply non sesne poeples who just took the interview to show their KPI that they are conducting interviews .
My suggestion to all just try to apply more companies don't trust them they can reject you without any reason in final round.
First learn how to run Recruitment process and hiring metrics rather than doing the bullshit sweet postings on LinkedIn.
