Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - 1) Telugu, English and Hindi languages are mandatory because 60%calls will be in Telugu , 30%calls will be in Hindi and 10%calls will be English.
2) Interview will be in 3 Languages don't worry there will be only 2 rounds , HR and Manager round.
In HR round it self they ask questions in different languages 1 question may be in Telugu , 1 Might be in English etc.,
3) Some Times instead of HR , TL will take interview it is similar to HR round.
4) There won't be any compitition because they will arrange interview for only one or two persons in a day because the customer support team contains only 6 members, in that 1 will be TL and 5 are executives who handles customer calls...
