1)Company infrastructure is good. 2)friendly environment. 3)salary will be credited in time. 4)2 Times Tea in a day and no fixed break time you can take breaks as per your possibility and understanding bw your team mates. 5) Friendly,Helpful and supportive colleagues/Team members 6)45m-1hr will be Lunch break but, entire team cannottake break at same time as it is customer service some one should always answer the customer calls 7) you can work for complete 30/31 days in a month with out taking weekoffs,for it you will be paid extra amount. 8) At starting you will get 2EL's/ Month If u don't use them you will be paid for these 2 days after 1year it will be 3/m 9) you will receive bus pass or Travel charges of amount 1000/-/Month after completion of 1 year of joining. 10) You can take a advance of half salary in middle of the month if needed by keeping an application for Accounts department....Read More

1) The work is really Terrible they will conduct the interview for out bound voice process but after joining you should handle both inbound and outbound calls. 2) Outbound calls are very high compared to inbound calls. 3) The worst type of calls is Birthday calls, you should make a call to customers on their birthdays and wish themon behalf of RSB, upto here it is okay but you should explain about a discount of Rs.100/-🤭🤭 that too this discount is valid for only 1 month after hearing it some customers will get very angry. 4) second most worst calls are wedding shopping calls(outbound) You will get a data of complete wedding shoppings list and customers Numbers from entire RSB stores , you should call to every customer and wish them for their Marriage and request for Wedding pictures of both couples....by hearing this some customers will be quite and say yes but they actually don't share but, some customers will really give you a bunch of scoldings by hearing their words you will afraid to do next call ..and the calls will be nearly 500 for every person and a limited time to complete them 5)Apart from this calls you should handle watsapp too....you should chat with customers in whatsapp and arrange video shopping to customers...you will receive messages from national and international too. 6) There will be a Feedback Data for every 10 days you will receive Feedback Data from every store... this feedback is nothing but, the customer Who purchased products at RSB will give their feedback on the shopping experience here the point is the customer is already given feedback but, they make us to call the customers who already given feedback and retake the feedback again most of the customers will get angry for wasting their time because they will say how many times should I give feedback. 7) Their will be no growth in position you will be in the same position for year's because there won't be higher positions to give to you except TL.... 8) 6days and rotational week...Read More
