- Ans.
Report the absconding to higher authorities and follow company policies.
Check if the employee has any pending work or dues
Inform the immediate supervisor and HR department
Follow company policies and procedures for absconding employees
Initiate legal action if necessary
Document all communication and actions taken

you will get your 1st salary only after 50 days that too in the form of cheque, there after it will be released every month between 10th - 15th, that means they will hold back your salary for approximately 15 days. This not mentioned anywhere in the offer or appointment letter neither it is discussed during interview.
