Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Miss Neha- Terrible interviewer. Was rude, did not want to hear the answers. Was condescending. Did not know how marketing works in global organisations. Refused to accept that local smaller campaigns were marketing campaigns in a global organisations where there is always one global overarching campaign. Kept interrupting and passing comments to make any past experience and campaign sound like it wasn’t good work! Shocking! Requires Soft skills from their own institution

2. Get ready with examples to explain any concept
3. HR will pressurize you suddenly to agree on salary. Pls negotiate with proper reasons.
4. Get the clarity on gratuity fund, any salary cutoffs, bond of 2 years and travelling issues as the college is 15 km away from city.
