Experience: Objective type paper were you need to arrange the answers as per your thinking , as to how would you act in different suciations, what would be our own opinion at a given suciations . overall was interesting , some type of scoaycocaloy test .

General Tips: All-well you need to be quite open and straight, Listen to the question very carefully and answer to what is been asked be specific, no need to give reasons, if you not aware of what is asked or just don't answer any thing which is not relevant at all.
remember the achievements, developments , and challenges you had faced in your previous companies, and who did you over come those challenges, & achieve targets quantity and numbers. specify improvements done in quality systems , what were our own conurbation towards employee and customer satisfactions, also some questions regarding the work shop training conducted, shear some and important information which you have sheared with colleagues, which must have changed the atmosphere and brought oneness and a positive attitude approach towards work .
