Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I have been interviewed for BD position with them in 3 phases.
According to the HR (Ms. Bhairavi) the rounds were very good at each stage.
All the time used to emphasize that "Binod your interview went very weel, Manager is so happy etc etc...."

All the time they asked to spare time for the interview according to them only.
If I asked to manage as per my convenient time she used to say " it will be not good impression of you to the management ".

When 1st round went well.
She asked me to submit a PPT and present in front of Manager that's completely fine for me.
I made the PPT waking up while night with all the details they wanted EVEN THE CUSTOMER DETAILS, THE IDEAS to generate 8Cr of revenue.

I did it.
And frankly saying, they liked it and said they will come back with offer after discussing with CEO.

And suddenly then disappeared by saying that higher management is busy and blah blah....

SERIOUSLY SAYING COMPANIES LIKE THIS WANTS TO GET SOME IDEAS from the CANDIDATES they cannot pay in the form of PPT.

- IDEAS
-PLANNINGS
- FUTURE MOVES TO GENERATE REVENUE AND MOST IMPORTANT
- CUSTOMERS you are having for them

*ADVICE to someone going to get interviewed with OSL
- Ask them their budget first
If they are not having that much budget.
Don't proceed with them even they say that they can think over the expected salary.
Because they will use your plannings, ideas, customers bases etc ....

Be aware.
I have faced. Don't you guys trust to them.
