Experience: Ansys experience, hands-on projects are plus pointsThere is no special HR round. "Why healthcare sector when there are 'better' opportunities elsewhere?" was the main question and there were a few follow up questions based on the answer.I told them that I was not bent on any job profile and hence I am open to try healthcare.And probably I can use my skills better in this job. He was impressed with my answers and went on describing the profile for 10 minutes.
Tips: Be thorough with your projects and internships, your work, what you learnt, and what the deliverables were, etc.Core preparation will only take you through the tests only, After that its all about your projects, internships and HR.
