i want to tell u Carbon black experience not consider in Fertilizer and Pesticides Industry .Bcz solid handling experience and future is totally compact .
This is Industry totally Bengali community Based. only future of Bengali community e.g. DCS control room , promotion and increament.
Work culture is totally hopless . DCS operator r not believe u r doing routine job as well as Shift Incharge . they r believe on u r not work in 8hrs shift. they complain off ur in Superior.
Bengali community support only Bengli community. not for others
Production Head told to other community if come in the end of years i can't give too much to u (means increament)
also told to others community no need to learn DCS and SAP System. only authority off Bengali comminity .
u can't take self decision whatever problems come in shift . u tell ur superior fist whatever he told to u u want do only that things.
So my request to all engineers don't join the Phillips Carbon Black.
