Interview Preparation Tips
2. Salaries are less as compared to market but now increments are also single digit for 5 star performer. Earlier increments were always ranged from 12% for 3 star performer and 20% for 5 star performer.
3. They will not confirm on which project you are going to work. The interviewer will be from any random location who will not be your manager and may not come in contact with you ever. So if you are not getting value adding work inline with your skill for 6 months, please start looking job outside because here if you are placed in a useless project, you will not get chance to switch project and to work in other good projects available there.
