Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The first round with Head HR was a virtual interview. After a hurried interview with the Head HR which lasted only for around 16-18 minutes, there was no response from the company. There were hardly any technical HR related questions asked in the interview. I was told that I will be communicated within a few days. I waited for a week and called back the company HR who had coordinated my interview. She said there is still time and we will update you once everything is finalized. After two weeks, I again called up and asked for an update. That time it was communicated to me that my profile is not shortlisted. To this, I politely accepted their view and asked for a feedback or reason as to why I was not shortlisted without having a face-to-face interview. However, the company HR (who had co-ordinated my interview) told me that she does not have any feedback about me. She told that she will ask the Head HR and get back to me, but there was no call / feedback received. The interview felt incomplete.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Got random email on interview schedule with spelling mistakes from their GM HR Mr Rajeev Verma. On asking question was asked to sent cv and query over WhatsApp but again didn't receive any response on WhatsApp too. Unprofessional company with no process and guideline.

They don't even call a candidate to schedule an interview. Simply send random email to everyone to come for an interview on given date and time. Please don't waste your time with this company. They don't value candidate time.
