Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Pathetic ,, they took one month for the interview which included 4 rounds for the post of disability claim executive,, first they took the HR round , then Voice vercent test, then ops round after that one co-ordinator tells me your are through and second calls me give one more reasoning kind of test which was totally irrelevant ,if they wanted to check my decision making skills then do it at first ,,so that I don't have to go through one month long procedure ,,just wasted my time with them. You guys need to decide which round should come first and what next ,, one person says u are selected and other one says discussion with manager is going onn that took 7 days and then they say no.. I had the most pathetic experience with them ,slow as hell and all of them are super confused.
