Still they are sending the leave Balance in email and timesheet in Excel. That much obsolete company. Most of the people are don't know the basic Human etiquette.

HRBP will be telling one thing and during the appraisal they change the word what they said earlier. Just to reduce the appraisal amount. Worst HRs. And, There is no team for Business Development and Marketing. Ofcouse why do they have to set up. Because their motive is not building a company for a long term. Their motive is to get a billing from Client that's all.

Most of the stupid people are in Managerial and leadership level. They always have ego to accept the suggestion from junior or others.

You can see some linkedin profile with Business Development but if you check their work inside they will in HR Team and Recruiters will be reporting to them. I dont know which company is Business Development Team over sees Recruitment.

And, only they have very limited clients and that the contract period of 8 months, 6 months only less period. And, they usually ask the Recruiters to not reveal the Contract duration and Not to mention contract to the candidates to trap them. At last we candidates only would get affected by trusting HR words.

And FNF it seems they don't give any extra amount for FNF only the last month of the salary. They should give last month salary + FNF. But they don't. And simple schedule meeting just to show that they have something working on it. And that too Worst kind of presentation with bad slides and bad style. Even, kinder garden school students would make the presentation well.

If you want to fill for sometime you can accept this offer. Or else dont.

Need to be technically strong.
But think before you considering this company, because they hire is only as contracts but they won't mention us earlier and they will force us to decline any other offers and make us to exit from our current company. They cleverly trick us to join to their company only. And we won't have any other choices. There is no job security, once your project is over or the client don't want us they immediately throw us out. I won't recommend this company to anyone.
