HR Doesn't care, they will play with your career, HR told me I cleared all rounds and say they're releasing offer letter in day or two, I resigned from my current company, HR started not picking up phone telling that they're going through hectic phase. If you are feeling really really adventurous and do have other plenty of backup options only then apply for interview here.
