Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Nityo is a fast paced organization with immense work pressure, but that comes with a bonus it helps you to become multitasker at your job and help you to gain lot of new skills. But beware there is lot of pollitics in your works so don't yourself drag into one. After some time you kind a feel like robot because of the same work again and again, and also they don't give any leave and holiday easily you have to beg for it. But for cons there are always some pros as well, you'll gain new skills and experience which helps you to make yourself better in your career, also colleagues are very helpful and support and so is TL.
