Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - No questions were asked as per the role for CCM (Client Case Manager). They were only interested to know about my working gaps and nothing more where all my gaps were relevant.
Very poor selection process where no questions or any aptitude or any case study was given to judge a persons ability and felt as if they just called for the sake of it.
General feedback as per my 11-12 years experience that every company which i have visited have given some or the other test or interview questions which are relatable to the position applying for.
The HR did not answer the call post 1 week of my interview for knowing the outcome and no response on watsapp too, it is when email was sent for update a 1 liner watsapp message was sent not shortlisted, when asked any reason or feedback no response again on it.
Hope Niju considers this feedback positively rather than taking it in a bad way.
Overall a bad experience and wasted my precious time by going there.
