Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This is really awful company as it doesn't complete their promises or commitments. They don't have proper management and technical person or system to deal with any kind of situation. They just harass you totally even make you to do delivery work or labour work to engineers and supervisors. they don't have office or site timing of work. They don't care for you. Even make you work like hell i.e Day-night-day-night until you get tired, frustrated and sick. This is really ridiculous. HR says you that he is 55 yrs old and he never took leave in his life so why do you want leave to their employees. i don't know whether he does know something about the labour laws or HR policies. This is fraud company so pls don't join it. No job profile for anybody, no system, no increments, blame you after so much hardwork, no rules and regulations, you forget about your family, they just take you for granted and make you work like they have purchased you and you are their property. So ultimately this is advice not to join this company. There are some people who will just bog you down.

Best answer to give to HR on why am I on notice!
Hi, I have recently left my job and on my notice with 20 days pending. While giving interviews, when the HR asks me what's the notice I say it's 30 days (officially 60 days). But since only 20 days are left, is it better to tell them outright that I'm on notice or wait for them to ask? 1 or 2 replies I have thought of if they ask why I am already on notice is - "In my current role I was not able to leverage and improve my current skills optimally and it was detrimental to my career path of working towards Product from Business Analyst. With the decision to change company and since I have given quite a few interviews in the last 1.5 months, I decided to put down my papers in order to mitigate the risk of not getting an offer due to a longer notice period." I would like some reviews or feedback on this or is there a better answer to give so that I don't lose much leverage during the interview process. Thanks! P.S. This is for a job in India.
