Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Available positions were advertised and called for online interview through email 3 days before the date. But sometimes they take people by internal reference also without or with separate interview. Mostly the process explained is followed, but not always. Salary negotiations are not encouraged. They vaguely decide by keeping whether you have any degree from IITs or NITs or Central Univs or others. At least, this is what HR says when asked for more salary. But after joining, one can find lot of differences among the coworkers in terms of salary. People with less qualifications and no experience might also have more salary than you. They will say we will increase after one year, if you ask. Certificates will be taken and no acknowledgements will be given for the same. Offer letter and appointment letter will be given horribly. They mentioned only about the money aspect and nothing else. You have to be in probation for one year and you can leave only during the window period in May-June with two months prior notice. If u want to leave immediately, you have to pay 2 months salary. If you leave by resignation in other than window period, you have to give two months notice or pay in lieu of. If they send you, one month notice or pay in lieu of. Any way, they will make your exit torturous in most cases. They are interested in money and if you are ready, its ok and they relieve you at any time. If you are ready to pay for immediate relieving, only cash form is accepted and no other form encouraged.
