Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Please don't appear for an interview with this company. It's a complete waste of time and energy. They are extremely unprofessional. I recently appeared for an interview . There was this manager called Sumit Kumar. He was extremely condescending and continuously kept on insulting me because I have taken a sabbatical very recently. I have been working for more than 16 years and very recently decided to take a break due to personal reasons. He was least interested in asking me about my work experience neither did he ask me any technical or people management questions.. He seemed least interested in my professional experience but kept on mocking me through out because I quit my job and went to the extent to ask me personal questions as to how I will manage without a job. Overall it was a very bad experience for me .
