Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: The first round was all about sending your resume with a cover letter to the employer. After reviewing the resume as per the skills required for the internship profile and to suit the company's values and work ambience, I was shortlisted for the Personal Interview and the final round.
Tips: Prepare your resume as per the job profile. The employer is just scanning your resume for the skills that he is looking for, no extra information is required. Write your cover letter in a crisp and appealing manner. Your cover letter is your cover to your book. Make it worth it!

Round: Other Interview
Experience: The employer went through my resume and most of the questions asked to me were resume based. I was basically made to defend everything that I had mentioned in my resume. Having been active in School as well as in my Undergrad college in co-curricular activities, my profile met the needs of the employer as a winter intern.
Tips: Be confident and honest in your answers. A little bit of manipulation doesn't harm anyone, tho.
Do not faff in your resume, state the facts, if not, at least be prepared to justify them.
All that matters is how well you sell yourself as a product to the job market.
