Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I Have been worked with these Companies from Past two years. So as per my experience not only from 1 center . But you can take this review as Arena,Maac all center running across India.
So here are my openion

Miss Management all over these Center

1. Cheap micro Management: they all having cctv Camera on your every Class room. So if after taking session of 1:30 hrs you feel you can take 15-20 min rest. Because while taking session you have to speak a lot. You Can't your Narrow Minded Boss will think he is just sitting and doin Rest. He will never understand how much a technical software faculty do Mind work.

2. All center are running on False statements: while admission all councellor lies to students and their parents. After completing this course your children can easily get 40-50 k salary per month. Their it self mess happened. At the course end time. The expectation of the students and their gardian heart. This companies actual pay for the freshers are like 12-15k . mostly time they have to wait even 1 -2 years for getting this opportunities. Every rejected students blame goes to their faculty

3. No offer letter or Documents: they will never provide you any offer Lett or experience letter when you want to switch. They will simply force you to complete your batch than you can quit. If you will not they can't provide any letter. So in good company what salary slip and documents you will provide when they will ask.

4. No yearly Hikes : they all having connection with others center too. If you will leave one center they force other center not to Select you as a candidate.

5. Low Pay Scale : for faculty having 8-9 years of experience they can provide package upto 4-5 lakh or 30-40 k per month.

6. You can't make your Class Discipline: because councellor having good bound with every student they only have fees, faith connection with every student. If you want to take some strict action you can't. Because owner thinks these center are running only via councellor because they give business.
