The Interview process was in 5 rounds.
1st - HR Screening
2nd - 1st Peer Discussion - Fully technical and a Case Study
3rd - Manager Discussion (again technical as the Manager is supposed to be Technical as well) along with another Case Study online.
4th - 2nd Peer Technical Discussion.
5th - 1 hour of HR Negotiation with lots of knowledge about Career Growth opportunities and trying to know me well before they offer with Career progressions aspirations.

Once the "Selection Process" was completed, the Offer process was a little slow as compared to other companies from which other offers I had. I still decided in JP Morgan's favour considering no negative feedback I found on multiple Career sites.

1 Con though not a big issue
It took around 2 weeks for all technical and HR Discussions, but another 2 weeks for the Offer Release and again 3 weeks waiting before actual Joining. So total of 7 weeks before joining. I would suggest the Company looks into this prolonged Offer / Joining process.

Apart from the lengthy Offer and Onboarding process, I am finding each and every aspect of the JPMC very good. The colleagues are supportive and helping me settle down.
