Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - - Share the interview time only after confirming. Dont schedule the interview after calling on the same day and expecting that candidate will be available within 1 hour for interview.
- Always share the JD and interviewer details atleast 1 day before.
- The interviewer was not interested in taking interview.
- switching off camera is rude and expect that candidate should switch on camera.
- Taking breaks during interview and candidate is hopelessly waiting to resume back.
