There is more politicians in company than employees. They don’t care about company reputation they only care about their name and for this they can use you as per their convenience.
They make you work day and night and still pay you pennies and if you try to switch job they will demotivate you by saying that you don't have knowledge you don't have much experience.
There is different policies for different employees they only give allowances to their favourite employees only.
They don't give expenses on time.
It will take months to get site expense approved.
You have to pay by your pocket for site expenses before getting it approved.
There is jealousy between the senior employees and they play games to pull down their colleagues.
