Round: Case Study Interview
Experience: My first interview was done with shop HOD , He asked some questions about my syllabus and Project. He said me to draw my project working diagram and explained. I also give also answer of him questions.

Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: In resume short list the paint shop HOD selected me for next round with PLANT HEAD.

Round: Interview with Mahindra PLANT HEAD
Experience: The main plant head of Mahindra vehicle manufacturing, Ltd. has taken my interview, he also interested about my Project. When I explained my project three wheels Segway he was impressed and selected me to work for this company as a trainee team leader for 1st year/2nd year.

General Tips: The Mahindra vehicle manufacturing, Ltd. Interview is very deficult to crack, because the interview directly done with Manager, Shop HOD and Plant Head. And they are very interested about our project, so that you should make unique ,good friendly use project explained it very confidently.
