Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The interviewer kinda seems very unprofessional. No ethics of work culture, don’t know how to take interview, playing with pen while interviewing, and like an idiot you have to describe yourself, just kids with1-2 years experience without any knowledge of outside world, I don’t know what attitude they carry, for what? Not good command in English nor Hindi. The HR is very professional and respects. But the panel rounds seems very hectic and unprofessional.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Specifically talking about Mumbai Branch.

I won't personally recommend joining the company. As most of the Management are freshers with 1 or 2 years of experience. They don't care for customer loyalty and relationship building. Sales and numbers are more important ( As they need them to raise more funding from VC ). Resources are limited and policy are not in place. Training and development is poor. I feel they are heading towards next BYJU's.

Work culture is ideal and needs a lot of improvement from the top Management. Overall I would give 2.1/2 rating due to Venture Capital fundings.
