I have been with this company from their initial days. It was a very good company focused mainly on staff benefit with good incentives and fun at work. I felt so bored staying in home on alternate saturdays and sundays that i left to office without expecting any extra salary

after they appointed Reji Raphel to take care of the sales, they started seeing the downfall.. lots of pressure of sales executives. The targets which 10people used to achieve became impossible to achieve even with 50 employees. starting with best experience had the worst experience within an year.

They train their employees first then they keep pushing their employees to work on Sat and Sunday. Managers keep yelling to employees specifically ragul and Priya. At the time of payment they will ask u to resignate if u won't resignate they send you termination letter.

They won't consider as a human being. No positive comments abut them. Simply waste.

Worst place, they will treat like a slave, no job security. If you do hard work also they will let you go any time, insulting every day. They won't give salary. Management is worst. Horrible place.

Hiring and job security. One man can't take the company to the top. It's very simple every individual working for the company has the responsibility to do it and the top management has to understand that. They have crashed many individual's career. A company can't grow by doing this kind of an activity. Stop believing one single person for the growth. Opportunity has to be given to every individual to prove themselves.
