Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Dear Job seekers ,

This hotel is definitely not a good place to work because this place is not at all organised extremely chaotic.
From the most junior staff to the most senior staff they dont get salary on time always on the 15 th of every month and the hotel puts salary on hold .
The owners interference is extremely toxic and sad .
Everyone is busy playing politics .
The hotel is located in a very odd and extremely difficult location hard to find accommodation and transport .
The hotel management is not professional.
The old staff are not welcoming to outsiders they feel very insecure.
Be aware of Mr Baljinder , Mr Sham lal , Vinod , Mr Vipul ..
These guys are working in that hotel for 100 years and very toxic .

Please stay away from this hotel there is no growth there no opportunity.
Its just a 25 rooms hotel that runs like a wild banquet .

They dont value staff at all .
They have restaurant manager every month one gone one in .
