Assist in developing and implementing training programs to meet the needs of the organization.Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop training content.Assist in delivering training sessions to employees, using a variety of instructional techniques.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.Assist in managing the training budget and ensuring that training resources are used effectively.Manage the learning management system and other training tools, ensuring that training materials are up to date and easily accessible.Assist in managing training logistics, including scheduling, coordinating trainers, and booking training venues.Provide support to employees who require additional training or development opportunities.Collaborate with other departments, including human resources and operations, to ensure that training programs align with organizational goals.Maintain accurate training records and report on training performance to the Training Manager.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver engaging training sessions and build relationships with employees and stakeholders.
