Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Although my experience with the interview panelist was excellent. We had a brainstorming session but before the final round I was given an assignment to work on and I was assuming we will discuss more on the assignment but they didn't even mention the assignment. I wonder why they even gave me. I spent 2 hrs of Sunday night just to complete the assignment.
This was not the end. I had a fruitful discussion with the panel members and I was quite positive about the feedback. I had mentioned that I need a particular role and i suppose it wasn't available so the HR didn't even try contacting me to negotiate on role/designation. It was disheartening as I didn't expect such unprofessional behaviour from such a big organisation. Guess LSEG needs to work om their HR trainings and negotiations with candidates. Their behaviour has completely changed my view about the company and I wouldn't recommend anyone to join LSEG.
