Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I applied via online job portal and received call on Jan, 2022. Since then, I had 6 rounds of interview as detailed below:
- Technical round 1X1 - mainly product architecture.
- Senior Architect technical round - process/agile/scrum etc.
- Principle Architect/Engineer (from down under) - decent discussion, engineer himself has joined 6 months back.
- Senior/Hiring Manager
- Principle Engineer (again from down-under)
- Group discussion with Hiring Manager (Ukraine) and another principle engineer.

Overall duration: 4 months
Status: Not accepted.

Observations:
- Absolute poorly managed hiring process. HRs are clueless about next rounds/processes or who will be taking the round.
- I have joined interviews thrice (yes thrice) where interviewer did not join! and I kept on waiting on call.
- On an average, 1 round per month.
- The technical discussions with Aussie counterpart was a delight. They were sensitive and apologized for such inordinate delays.
- Indian (unfortunately) interviewers barring one, was listless, on a hurry and had a little impression on me.

Verdict:
Never again.
