Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Even a selected candidate can be dropped of at the last moment. I doubt job security over here. I was interviewed with every detail confirmed regarding my work experience and qualification. I cleared all the rounds and joining date was confirmed as well but suddenly they stopped responding and after multiple trial to contact , HR gave a silly reason to my candidature not meeting up the eligibility criteria. This has happened second time interviewing for the same company. HR's are liars and manipulative with all the skills of twisting and turning situations according to company's selfish requirment. Regional head take the final round and I am not sure if they are aware of such actions or they are a part of this as well.
I do not want my identity to be hidden.This is the truth.
