Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The initial discussion with HR and the team seems good. But in the end, they start asking for location and notice Period details multiple times even after having it asked in the initial stage.

During the final round, the Product Head seemed convinced with the answers and empathized more on location and gave hope that HR would get back but later on, no one got back even for a formal rejection or feedback after having been till the final round which seemed highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Even the HR was surprised when Informed of what I was informed in the final interview. No proper communication among themselves!!!

Found out from one of my friends that they were looking for a female candidate which is completely fine but it would have been better if it was informed the same and respected each other time.

Advice to candidates: Better clarify with the team on location the type of people they are hiring instead of wasting your time.

Advice to Management: Please clarify and respond to your rejection or reason for not hiring instead of giving false hopes and irrelevant reasons. No one forcefully wants to join your organization if you are interested in hiring but at least provide them one-sentence feedback after informing them in the last interview.
