I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40)

I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. How do you rate this salary jump?

I have been working at my current organization for 2.6 years and started with a CTC of ₹8 lakh, which has remained unchanged since my joining. During this period, I have not received any promotions or salary hikes, which has made me question whether I should wait for growth within the company or explore external opportunities.

I am hopeful of getting a promotion in June this year, but I am unsure if it’s worth waiting for. Here’s what I am considering:

1. Stay and wait for the promotion: There’s a possibility of career progression in June. Should I wait for it, considering the time and effort I have invested here?

2. Start looking for a new opportunity: I could begin exploring other organizations where I might receive a better salary, role, and career growth. However, leaving without securing my next promotion feels uncertain.
