  • Q1. It was a casual discussion to know you and your background personal & professional. Also,to know about your previous experiences and achievements.
Round 3 - One-on-one 

(1 Question)

  • Q1. This round involves interaction with State Heads & Regional Head where they learn more about your previous achievements and how comfortable you are to scroll the ball till the goal.
Round 4 - Aptitude Test 

Caliper Test is the real aptitude test to know in & out of your brain cells,as how well you are equipped to take a managerial position. As this involves a same base question but asked in 20 different (approx) ways,to analyze if you are true by heart or trying to manipulate.
